Valerie Grabill

Valerie Grabill began dancing in San Diego, and went on to graduate magma cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with a BFA in ballet. She then continued to study contemporary dance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance. Grabill's professional career began with the Dayton Ballet's Nutcracker, and it includes Chicago's Elements Contemporary Ballet under the direction of Michael Gosney, and Portland's Polaris Dance Theater under the direction of Robert Guitron. This past year Grabill danced in the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company's International Dance Journey program in Israel. Valerie recently moved to Seattle, where she has performed in Velocity’s Bridge Project, Inlay Dance, and with Forthun&Rome Dance Theater. Valerie currently dances for Cameo Lethem and this is her 3rd year with DCD.
